Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BillStack mobile application ("App") operated by BillStack ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
BillStack provides a mobile application for creating invoices and estimates, tracking payments, managing clients, and generating PDF documents for business use. The App is provided on both a free and paid subscription basis.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (invoices, estimates, client information, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by BillStack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. BillStack is not a financial, accounting, or tax advisory service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and compliance with applicable tax laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillStack, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
